Your EMiR system will come with helpdesk and technical support free for 60 days and then via a recurring annual contract, to ensure you have help available if you need it and that your system is kept in fully working order.

On-line training is available via our eMiR-Learning platform which has a variety of courses available and each has an associated test to achieve certified EMiR qualifications. We can also provide custom one-to-one on-line training, dealing with specific requirements.

Mobile Views for EMiR CRM

11.02.2021 Mobile-CRM is now available!

February sees the release of Mobile-CRM. This addition to CRM delivers all of the functionality needed for remote sales people and allows easy-access from smartphone devices. When accessing CRM on the device, the views are automatically recognized and resized for the smaller screen. Buttons and entries have been enlarged helping the sales engineer to view and record sales information in the field.

This release includes, access to all company and contact history, both prospect and customer, the ability to record meeting notes and follow ups and allows full access to all Open quotes.
